Perfect for couples and engagement photos. Adventure keepsakes are typically outdoor sessions, but I can also come capture your story at your home, perhaps of you two cooking dinner, gardening or whatever it is that feels true to you. LGBTQ+ friendly always.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer engagement, pre-wedding and regular couples shoots. I am happy to simply capture your love or if you would like photos of your engagement or pre-wedding photos.

  • Yes of course, we can chat this through when you book but at home can be so cosy. We just need a good window, but if you’re worried about light I can bring my studio light too.

  • Yes, anyone and everyone is welcome in front of my camera.

  • I am based in Kinross so I photograph across Perthshire, Kinrosshire, Fife and Central Scotland. Within 50 miles of Kinross there is no additional fee but I will go much further afield, I love the idea of a Highlands adventure to Glen Coe or Glen Etive, Cairngorms or wherever the heart desires, even if it’s Isle of Skye.

  • Of course you will be a little nervous, it’s only normal and not a situation many people find themselves in too often. But rest assured I will guide you on what to do and when. Plus it only takes a little while for you to get comfortable. I promise you are not photogenic though, the way I photograph is focused on movement and candid, natural shots rather than stiff posing and everyone looks good when they’re just being themselves.

  • I have a little guide here, but we can discuss once you book. In short, I suggest going for cohesive block colours or neutrals instead of logos, slogans and patterns.

  • Couples, engagement and pre-wedding shoots are quite intimate and so I believe in choosing a location that resonates with you but also feels special. It doensn’t matter if you haven’t been there before but as long as it is a place that makes sense for you. I do think it is special to go to an extra lovely place as you don’t typically get professional photos every day (a day trip to Glen Coe anyone?) but equally home or the park next door can be super special too. Upon booking I can help select or suggest a location.
